Top-ups and bonuses
All purchases and renewals are charged to the account balance. The balance is topped up in the dashboard: Transactions → Top up balance.
Top-up

The amount actually received is credited: if the transfer arrived short of the invoice, the balance gets what arrived.
A credited top-up shows up in the Transactions section of the dashboard.
Promo codes
Section titled “Promo codes”A code is activated in the dashboard, Promo codes section, before the top-up and triggers on the next top-up not below its minimum.
The bonus is a percentage of the top-up amount or a fixed amount. It lands on the balance at the
same moment as the top-up itself and shows up in transactions with type bonus.
Only one code can wait for a top-up.

If funds are short
Section titled “If funds are short”A purchase or renewal without the needed amount on the balance does not go through, nothing is charged. Address auto-renewal, when money is short, retries every few hours for another 3 days after the term ends - top up the balance and the package renews itself.
For developers
Section titled “For developers”The balance is read via GET /api/v1/balance, movements via
GET /api/v1/transactions (types are in the table above), the
moment of crediting via the topup.credited event in the event log. The
balance cannot be topped up via the API.
